I relate life to a maze with it's endless and often frustrating twists and turns and choices, which can sometimes impact negatively on our confidence, self- esteem and ability to focus and cause us to feel lost and unhappy.

If this is how you're feeling today, please consider calling me at my confidential counselling service, where you will find me and my therapy practise non-judgemental, supportive and understanding.

I am Laura Morris, a qualified counsellor/ therapist. I work with individuals, offering short and long term therapy, helping them with a wide range of concerns, for example, depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship and work related issues.

I believe in supporting those who come to me to not only work towards feeling happier and changing their situations, but to help them to understand why they felt challenged in the first place, to reduce the chance of the same problems repeating themselves.

Many of my clients say that being listened to and encouraged to challenge their thinking has really helped them.

Please get in touch – it really does work.
